Dear Orlo Vista Families,
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!
This year we are focused on growth and success for all students and staff. Our motto for this year is "Excellence is our Expectation"! Our House system will continue to be the centerpiece of this work, with our students earning house points, and working collaboratively with their house to build relationships and solve problems together. We will be emphasizing our Essential Eleven character traits that our Jaguars will be learning. Ask your child about these! Our Jaguars of the Week will be students that model these essentials. . We look forward to welcoming families to more events after school to help build the home-school relationship. Translation will always be available in Spanish and Haitian-creole upon request.
Our Open House will be Thursday, September 12th from 4-5:30. We hope to see all of our families out to visit and see what our scholars are working on.
